It’s ideal for those who feel like they struggle with drive and consistency, and instead would prefer to focus on optimising their lifestyle to create habits that’ll set them up for true success.

 

If you do want a starting point, you can also opt-in to receive calorie and protein targets within this option. On top of this, you’ll gain access to Katie’s educational resources, receive 1:1 support, gain app access to record daily habits and goals, and receive in-depth weekly check-ins via video.
